
Mark has 15 years of technology startup experience. His accomplishments include being Co-Founder and CEO of FatWire Software where he grew sales from zero to over $35M and expanded to 7 countries before selling the company to Oracle in 2007. Mark is also Co-Founder of Karma411, General Sentiment and Managing Director of Canrock Ventures. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Chicago and a BA from Cornell in Computer Science and English. In 2000, he won E&Y Entrepreneur.

John has enjoyed starting and running technology companies over the past 15 years. The name "Karma411" reflects John's passions - "411" representing the technical and product expertise he's built over his career and "karma" reflecting John's hope to leverage his expertise to help the community at large. John has worked directly with Karma411's clients such as Autism Speaks, Boys and Girls Club, EAC and United Way. John is active on three different nonprofit boards.
Prior to Karma411, John co-Founded FatWire Software in 1996 with business partners Mark Fasciano and Ari Kahn. He began by creating FatWire Professional Services working with clients such as IBM, United Technology, Ford and JP Morgan Chase. John later managed the FatWire Products Group and Engineering Team and was responsible for product strategy and direction. John received his MBA from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Information Technology and Operations Management and received his BA from Tufts University in Political Science and German. John lives on Long Island with his wife and three children.

Brian has over 10 years in sales, client services and marketing. He previously worked on Wall Street for employers including Bear Stearns, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Prior to joining Karma411, Brian was a Director at an event planning company in NYC where he remains a silent partner and advisor. In his current role Brian works to find the right solution for clients and cultivates strong relationships. Brian holds a BS in Finance from Fairfield University in Connecticut.

Eric joined the Karma411 Business Development team as an intern during college and quickly became the first Karma411 campaign Specialist. He has since grown and moved to Professional Services where he is responsible for client relations, account management and project management. Eric works directly with clients to understand project requirements and collaborates with the Karma411 team to build out solutions. Eric holds a BA in Applied Mathematics with minors in Business and Physics from Queens College where he currently moonlights as an Adjunct Lecturer teaching math courses and is pursuing a PhD in Mathematics.

Nicholas brings over eight years of experience in web and graphic design working with notable designers such as Paula Scher at Pentagram Design (designer of the CITI, Metropolitan Opera, and Public Theatre Identities) and Milton Glaser (designer behind the I [heart] NY logo, the Brooklyn Brewery brand and New York Magazine). Nicholas has designed for clients such as Urban Outfitters, Coach, ESPN, GQ magazine, JetBlue, Target and the United Nations. Nicholas holds a Masters degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute in New York City and a BA in Asian Studies from Bard college. Nicholas has been featured in Print Magazine, as well as in AIGA shows in Manhattan.

Jim Voss is a technologist. For the last 15 years, Jim has specialized in creating web-based software, and managing technology and service teams. Jim joined Karma411 in 2012, leading the engineering team and helping guide the company's technology. Prior to joining Karma411, Voss oversaw client service and production at Advisor Products, a marketing technology company serving independent advisors. From 1999-2007, he worked with Murcott and Fasciano at FatWire Software. Following roles in Professional Services, Engineering and Product Management, Jim ultimate served as Vice President of Client Services, working with companies such as Bank of America, Walmart, Amtrak and Chanel. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received a degree in Organizational Management from Manhattan College.

Vipin Kumar has over 15 years of experience in software industry. Vipin joined karma411 in 2012 and leading the Karma411 offshore Development/QA team. In addition to that Vipin is responsible for providing the architecture and guidance for major products. Prior to joining Karma411 Vipin worked with Oracle, Fatwire and music.com. Vipin worked with John Murcott and Mark Fasciano at Fatwire Software. Vipin had working experiences in various technologies including Java/J2EE, Microsoft, and LAMP. Vipin studies Mechanical Engineering at H.B.T.I Kanpur (India).

Nicole has over 17 successful years selling, staffing, servicing, training and evangelizing the best brands in the recruitment advertising industry, with the most recent 11 years spent at Yahoo! and Monster Worldwide. She was responsible for the development and execution of sales training programs nationwide. These programs were developed for new hires, product launches and soft skills development. She also managed a team that was responsible the day to day support of the sales reps and their customers. She joined Karma411 to use her depth of knowledge and passion for sales to make a difference in the non-profit sector.

Rezwan has over seven years of software design and development experience, with two years on Wall Street developing financial software for some of the leading names in the industry. As a senior software developer for Karma411, Rezwan's primary responsibility is designing and developing Karma411's entire product line. In addition, Rezwan coordinates development efforts within both the domestic and international teams. Rezwan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Stony Brook University where he specialized in Java/J2EE technology and served as President of the Chess Club.

Paul has over 12 years working in the technology field and brings a strong knowledge of web application development, mobile technologies, and agile engineering practices. He has held various roles in product development with Fatwire Software and General Sentiment. In his role as Product Manager Paul is responsible for Product Strategy. Paul holds a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University.

Chris joined Karma411 after his experience as an intern during his time at Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration. Chris works on Karma411 core products.

Alex joined the Karma411 team after several summers as an intern while attending Trinity College, where he majored in American Studies. As a Project Manager Alex works closely with clients to ensure successful engagements.

Michael previously worked in business development at Dealflow Media, a financial publication company, after graduating from Hofstra University with a BA in finance and Accounting. He works as a project Manager at Karma411 to keep campaigns on track and manage client relationships.

Ramy has over 10 years of experience in business development, financial services, client services, sales and project management. Prior to joining Karma411, Ramy worked on Wall Street for employers such as Morgan Stanley and Cantor Fitzgerald. Most recently he was the GM at a boutique Tech Consulting firm in NYC. Ramy holds a BA in International Business from Hofstra University and is currently pursuing his MBA.

Sarah brings her experience with copywriting, editing, and knowledge of social media tools to the Karma411 team. She interned at VH1 Digital and The Long Islander newspaper. Sarah keeps current on industry news and social media hot topics to share with and engage the Karma411 community. Sarah completed her bachelors degree at Fairfield University in 2009, where she majored in Communications with a concentration in media studies and minored in Journalism.

Marcus plays an integral role in managing the research and development of web sites constructed for maximum search engine visibility. Marcus holds a BS in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.
